The really sad thing is, when I got home and told my fiancĂ© about my hunger map and asked him to guess what I had for breakfast he guessed it right. Which tells me that this nasty little candy for breakfast habit has been going on for longer than I realize. I’ve been putting that much sugar into my body first thing in the morning and didn’t even realize what I was doing...there's gotta be a disconnect somewhere. How can I eat and not realize it? Well I figure I’ll post my Hunger Map so you can see where I went wrong yesterday.
If you can read my chicken scratch you can see I hardly ate anything during the day and then snacked my way through the night. I also drank like three sodas (which actually for me is a low number I can drink upwards of 5 a day). I did walk though! I give myself kudos for that! Things need to change now, so here are my new diet rules.
1. 1. No more smoking, what was once an “only when I’m drinking thing” has turned into “every time I’m outside thing” (and I'm too young to be wheezing).
2. 2.Eat something with more substance for breakfast (aka anything but candy).
3. 3. No more fully loaded soda’s only diet soda, tea, or water (I’m allowing coffee in the mornings because no one wants to deal with me when I haven’t had it).
4. 4. Take filling, healthy snacks and lunch to work (starving seemed to pop up multiple times on my map while at work).
5. 5. More walking.
6. 6. No more eating after dinner.
So I’m going to try to stick to these rules and once I’ve gone awhile without incident I’ll add more. You got to start somewhere right?

wow. you and mike to need to get together and eat powdered sugar donuts and chase them down with mountain dew. hahahahah.
anyway, i think you can pull it off. :)
sugar junkies drop weight quicker cause of all the empty calories they consume in soda and such. if you stick to your list you'll drop it quick and be able to up your cardio because of the extra mobility from the initial weight loss.
